CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy – International Esthetics Center We kindly ask our clients to respect our time and that of others by adhering to the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. In this case, a late cancellation fee may apply. 5. Booking Deposit: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total balance on the day of your visit.
